Continuing this week’s roundup of GPS golf watches is the Motorola MotoActv. This “connected” watch offers a variety of features in addition to the usual GPS front-middle-back distances. First, unlike other basic golf watches, this one indicates distances to hazards.
The real difference, however, is in the ability to sync rounds wirelessly. This lets you keep track of scorecards, clubs, key statistics, steps taken, distance covered, and calories burned There’s also an online “clubhouse” where you can share your data.
I think this wouldn’t make a bad Christmas gift. Are any of GolfBlogger’s relatives reading this?
