  • March 17 – Cancellation of four additional events: RBC Heritage, Zurich Classic of New Orleans, Wells Fargo Championship, AT&T Byron Nelson
  • April 6 – Wyndham Championship, FedExCup Playoffs pushed back one week; cancellation of The Open Championship; rescheduled dates of the Masters Tournament, U.S. Open and PGA Championship
  • April 17 – Moved scheduled resumption date at Charles Schwab Challenge from May 18-24 to June 8-14; shifted several other events around; cancellation of the Barbasol Championship, RBC Canadian Open; released fall portion of 2020-21 schedule
  • May 28 – Cancellation of the John Deere Classic, plan to fill that week on the schedule with a new tournament
