Abandoned Church In Washtenaw County, Michigan

My family attended this church back in the day. I even went there some as a child in the 40’s.
Does anyone know the name of this church and whose land it was built on? I had family from Washtenaw and it was reported in our family history that there was land from their farm given to a church. Thanks.
