Accusplit Activity Pedometer

If you don’t have a physical handicap, you should walk when you play golf. The health benefits are enormous, and your game will improve, too. I guarantee it. I’ve often worn a pedometer when playing to keep track of just how far I go. (hint: its a lot longer than the actual length of the course, since I have a tedency to wander from one side of the fairway to the other.) To keep track of your miles, you could try the Accusplit Activity Pedometericon. The manufacturer says it is the most accurate tested in the last ten years. And it has a lanyard in addition to the belt clip, which is a really good thing, since my last pedometer fell off when I wasn’t paying attention. I hope that whoever found it is using it.

The pedometer also includes a “From Tee To Green” wellness program guide.
