Adidas Golf have revealed the apparel that will be worn by golfers Dustin Johnson, Sergio Garcia and Xander Schauffele for the 148th Open Championship. All Adidas clothes worn by the pros are available to buy from the Adidas store. Here’s a look at the apparel on offer.

Dustin Johnson

He’s a player that barely needs any introduction. Dustin is currently ranked number 2 in the world, but has previously sat in the number one spot for 64 consecutive weeks.

His biggest accomplishments include winning the 2016 US Open with a 4-under par. DJ has also claimed a total of 20 PGA Tour wins, including six World Golf Championships, as well as 7 European Tour wins.

This year will be Dustin Johnson’s 11th start in the Open Championship. He will begin the test wearing the Ultimate365 Gradient Polo. In Thursday you will see Dustin in his usual collegiate navy colors. He will wear the same shirt in white on Friday, and in stylish tech-ink on Sunday. On Saturday, Dustin will be mixing it up with the Ultimate Color Block Polo in glow blue. Each of these shirts costs $65.

His outfits will be completed with Ultimate365 pants, in both tapered and non-tapered style. The pants are available for $90 (tapered) and $80 (non-tapered).

Sergio Garcia

Sergio Garcia has won a huge number of international tournaments as a professional, 31 in total. When it comes to majors, he is known for his near misses, yet Garcia got his moment in 2017 when he finally won the Masters Tournament, the most famous and prolific event of all. Other notable victories include the 2008 Player’s Championship.

The Open Championship has already been an exceptional event for Garcia. Over the years he has had a total of 10 T-10 finishes at the event, and this time around will be looking to secure his second major.

On the opening day, Garcia will be wearing the Ultimate365 Gradient Block Stripe Polo in tech-ink color. On the Friday, he will wear the same shirt in a flashy hi-res coral color. This bold style of shirt is available in either color for $75.

For the Saturday, Sergio Garcia will wear the Ultimate365 Heather Blocked Polo in gray, and for the final day he will wear the same shirt in tech-ink. This shirt costs $65 on the Adidas Store.

Again, the industry leading Ultimate365 tapered and non-tapered pants will complete Garcia’s outfit.

Xander Schauffele

Xander Schauffele is a regular on both the PGA and European golf tours, and has so far made himself a name with 4 PGA Tour wins, as well as plenty of T10 and T5 finishes in majors such as the US Open and Masters.

Last year Schauffele managed a Top 2 finish in the Open Championship. This year he’s entering the event off the back of an impressive Top 3 at the US Open. Schauffele has proven he has what it takes to compete at world level. Could this be his year to win a major?

Xander will be wearing the Ultimate365 2.0 Heather Polo in coral on the Thursday. He will wear the same shirt in tech ink on Saturday. These shirts are available for $65.

At the weekend, he will switch it up to the Climachill Tonal Stripe Polo, in collegiate navy on Saturday, followed by glow blue on Sunday. This shirt retails for $80.

It might go without saying by now, that Schauffele will be completing his outfit with the Ultimate365 pants in both the tapered and non-tapered style.

The 148th Open Championship

The 148th Open Championship returns to Northern Ireland at the Royal Portrush for the first time since 1951, when it was won by English golfer Max Faulkner. Favorites to win the open include Brooks Koepka and Rory McIlroy, followed by Tiger Woods and Dustin Johnson.

The event takes place from Sunday 14th July to Sunday 21st July. Tickets for the Championship are sold out, but practice tickets are still on sale for anyone who wants to join in and watch the pros warm up.
