The Aim Pro is an oversized golf ball marker designed to help you line up your putts. The same diameter as a regular golf ball, it has a thick black line that you use to align with the line on your ball.
I’ve used one of these off and on for a couple of years and think that it does help with lining up putts. Visualization is quite easy with the Aim Pro.
The size, however, is also where it engenders some difficulties. Simply put, it gets in the way. For other golfers it creates visual distractions. Anyone putting anywhere near the thing is going to ask you to move it a putters length or more away.
Given that, I only use it on practice rounds when I’m playing alone.
