Callaway Chrome Soft 16 Golf Balls
The Callaway Chrome Soft Golf ball is the latest entry in the growing “softer” golf ball category. Touted as a soft tour level ball, the Chrome Soft apparently is played by a number of Callaway’s professional staff.
The Chrome Soft 16 has four layers: a urethane cover, mantle and dual core. The dual core allows compression on iron shots, and low spin off the tee.
And, of course, the Chrome Soft has the hex system covering the ball instead of dimples.
