A playing partner over the had this lighter. It’s a cigar lighter, ball marker and repair tool all in one. The only thing that would make this perfect is if it had a cigar punch built in.

I gave a buddy this at Christmas last year, and then got myself one after Christmas when it was on sale. His works pretty well, but mine is iffy. It will light, but has trouble shutting off – the nozzle closes slowly. The action of the lighter switch is also stiffer than I like.
I agree on the cigar punch – I don’t think it should be called a “premium” lighter without at least one or two features – 1) multiple burners (this has one); 2) cigar punch—I usually smoke torpedos so those need to be cut anyway, so I never miss a punch.
The neat thing is the repair tool. The marker is also there (and it comes with a spare). Like the action on the switch, the marker is a little hard to remove, but on the other hand, I haven’t had it come loose in the pocket either.
