Charity Auction Of Pinehurst Experiences Benefits Employees

The COVID-19 crisis and the consequent closing of hotels, restaurants, bars and other “non-essential” businesses across the country has left tens — if not hundred– of thousands unemployed.

To help their own employees, Pinehurst Resort and Country Club has launched an auction of exclusive “Pinehurst Experiences,” the proceeds of which will benefit the Pinehurst Employee Relief Fund.

I think it’s a good idea, particularly if you’re already in the market for one of those bucket-list golf vacations at Pinehurst. Pinehurst is certainly on MY bucket list.

With the closing of the hotels and restaurants by the COVID-19 crisis, hundreds of amazing Pinehurst Resort and Country Club employees have been impacted.

Many people have asked how they can help. Starting this weekend, the resort has officially launched an auction of exclusive “Pinehurst Experiences” that have never been offered before and may never be offered again. All of the proceeds from the auction will benefit the Pinehurst Employee Relief Fund.

As of this writing, more than $60,000 has been raised in just under three hours!
