I don’t know Darren Clark, but after reading this article, I’ve come to the conclusion that he’s one of the good guys. Clarke, currently the world’s #14, has decided to donate all of his earnings from this week’s South African Airways Open to the tsunami disaster relief effort. Ok. So a lot of people have donated. But what makes this different is that the guy already has more than enough to worry about: his wife has been diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time in three years, and is undergoing chemotherapy. My wife survived a bout with carcinoma, so I know the stress that can put on things. Good luck Darren. I hope he wins.
