Cobra Golf’s Amp Cell driver has made me a fan of the company. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten better performance out of a driver.
Thus, Cobra Golf’s latest driver has me more than a little intrigued. The new Fly Z+ offers a weight that you can shift from front to back for different ball flights. A rear positioned weight creates a higher flight, while a front shift creates more penetration and roll.
I like the idea. At various times during the season, I will either start driving the ball too high, or too low. Having an adjustable weight to compensate for the vagaries of my swing would go a long way toward evening out my performance throughout the season.
