Congratulations To Brian Stuard on his first PGA TOUR victory. Stuard won today in a playoff at the much delayed Zurich Classic. The win gets him into the Masters next year, as well as a two year exemption on the PGA TOUR.
Stuard, who grew up in Jackson, Michigan, played college golf at Oakland University.
Stuard is the third Jackson, Michigan native to win on the PGA TOUR. The late Dave Hill won thirteen times on the PGA TOUR and six times on the senior tour. Dave’ brother Mike Hill had three PGA TOUR wins, as well as eighteen senior Tour wins.
