Fitness Friday: Increase Your Gam With Kettlebells
When the pandemic broke out, I stopped going to the gym to lift (as did everyone) and instead decided to concentrate on strength training that I could do at home. The solution I found was kettlebells.
I have enjoyed using the Kettlebells and have found them to be incredibly versatile. The only problem I’ve found is that now that I’m not paying to belong to the gym, it is easier to justify skipping a day. Psychologically, having money invested each month made it easier for me to find time (or at least increased the guilt for not finding the time.
