I like the simplicity of kettlebell exercises. All you need is a kettlebell and some space. The exercises can be completed in very short time. I am adding these to weekly routines, particularly the kettlebell swing for glute strength, hip mobility and cardio. The Kettlebell is also something that anyone can fit into their living space.
