Fitness Friday: Turkish Get Up
The Turkish Get Up is your all-in-one, full body exercise for core strength, balance, stability and coordination. In short, it might just be exactly what you need for your golf game.
Turkish Get Ups are meant to be done deliberately, and while maintaining tension. One of the keys is holding the kettlebell with the arm fully extended and vertical over the shoulder. Another is keeping your eyes on the bell to help maintain that position.
