Cocktail of the Week — especially good for hot, humid weather
2 oz Aquavit
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime
Mix in shaker with ice. Shake. Don’t stir (always shake a cocktail with fruit)
Aquavit is a little known, but amazing Norwegian liquor. It’s clear and distilled from potatoes (like vodka), but flavored with Caraway, Dill and other herbs. It is traditionally drunk at Midsummer Celebrations.
