Teachers’ Comments: Like an Irish Cream, but with bourbon

Heritage Hills Bourbon Cream is a thick and rich concoction that is perfect as a dessert. As thick as heavy cream, it tastes of  sweetened condensed milk and vanilla with a hint of bourbon. On the finish, I detected a hint of licorice.

I am curious as to what bourbon was used to make the Heritage Hills Bourbon Cream.

Because the Heritage Hills Bourbon Cream is so thick, the temptation will be to mix it into coffee or hot chocolate. It also would go well as the base for a cocktail with a chocolate or coffee liqueur. I’ve got the notion that it would go well in a vanilla ice cream float.

I have really enjoyed this one.
