Get Fit Fifteen Minutes At A Time
In this video, fitness expert Chelsea Potter takes you through a fifteen minute high intensity interval training (HITT) workout using just a kettlebell and a mat. I go through a series of similar kettlebell exercises on my off days from the gym. The video is useful enough that I’m saving it here for further reference.
Inspired by Gary Player, Greg Norman and others, I have amped up my fitness game over the last couple of years. I feel better now in my fifties than I remember feeling in my thirties. The nagging (and sometimes debilitating) back pains are largely gone. The weight is down.
Even better: it shows up in my golf game.
