GolfBlogger Rises In The Ratings

Google just published its new PageRank numbers, and GolfBlogger rose from a 4 to a 5.

That makes this site one of the top golf sites on the web.

Pagerank is Google’s way of measuring the “importance” of a site, based on a variety of criteria, including the number of, and “importance” of links to a site from other sites.

By way of comparison:

Google is a 10.

Golf dot Com is a 7, as is Golf Digest.

The Golf page at about dot com is a 6.

Along with Golfblogger, sites like GolfBytes and MJ on Golf are 5s.

The very excellent GolfObserver is a 4.

So this puts GolfBlogger in good company indeed.

I’m grateful for everyone who visits this site, and who have deemed it worth linking to.
