Last year, the Grayling, Michigan golf team suffered a serious tragedy as their coach and one of the players were killed in a car crash in the team van. Several other players were seriously injured. Less seriously, their clubs were destroyed. Fundraisers helped pay for family medical expenses and recently, team members received new Nike clubs.
