Grilled Pimento Cheese and New Pimento Cheese Recipe For The Masters

Continuing to experiment with Pimento Cheese Recipes, I just made some for a grilled pimento cheese sandwich.

Here’s the new recipe:

2 Bags Kraft Triple Cheddar Shredded (Sharp, Mild and White Cheddar)
Two Jars Pimento
Enough Miracle Whip to get the consistency I wanted.
Morton Nature’s Seasonings to taste
Dash of salt and pepper
two tablespoons onion diced in a food processor

Blend and chill.

This is the best yet, even though I hate mayonnaise and Miracle Whip. I limit my does of those things to just enough to make it a little creamier.

Yes, I know that The Masters Sandwiches have watercress on them, but I don’t want weeds on my sandwich.
