Summer’s all about golf and grilling, so I thought I’d mention the Guinness Beer Brats I found at a local store. They’re on the mild side for a brat, but with a very interesting malt flavor (as you might expect from the beer company). In spite of my general dislike of beer as a beverage, I found that I liked these brats.
The one potential negative is that I found the casing to be somewhat tough.
