I highly recommend these, or a similar product. These bandannas are actually tubular, and filled with some sort of grainy beads. When put in water, the beads soak up the liquid. Tie it around your neck and over the course of the day, the water evaporates, leaving you feeling much cooler than the temperate would otherwise indicate.
