In The Mail: Drive Force DF18 Performance Hydration

Manufacturer’s Site

In the mail for testing this week is a box of Drive Force DF18 performance hydration packets.

When mixed with water and consumed before a round, Drive Force DF18 is said to sustain focus, hydration and stamina for 18 holes.

Drive Force DF-18 is a powder in single serving packets that contains no added sugar or caffeine, but rather a mix of nutients designed to support a healthy immune system, and by increasing the supply of nitric oxide in the body, may help regulate healthy blood flow and blood pressure, and a healthy heart and cardiovascular system.

What are those nutrients? Arugula Extract, Calcium Beta-Hydroxybutyrate, Pink salt, Magnesium Glycinate, Potassium, Agmatine Sulfate, Taurine, Clycerol, N-Acetyl-L-Tyroshine, Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, Theobromine, Vitamin C, Zinc Citrate, Calcium Pantothenate, Riboflavin, Choline Citrate, Thiamin HCL, Folate, Methylcobalamin and Biotin.

That’s a lot of big words, and suspicious sounding stuff, but Drive Force DF-18 has been designated as an Informed Sport Certified product. Informed Sport is a quality assurance program for sports nutrition products, suppliers to the sports nutrition industry, and supplement manufacturing facilities. The program certifies that all nutritional supplements and/or ingredients that bear the Informed-Sport logo have been tested for banned substances by the world class sports anti-doping laboratory, LGC.

“We always intended Drive Force DF-18 to reduce the physical stress of playing competitive golf and eliminate the drag players tend to experience on the back nine, but it was especially important to us that the product also meet professional standards,” says Zach Williams, co-founder of Drive Force. “This is why we took the time to become Informed Sport Certified, which marks us as worthy of the Olympic stage. If we were going to be the first on the market with a product like ours, then we needed to deliver on the promise — and be safe for professionals to use in or prior to competition.”

The Drive Force DF-18 packets currently are available in a Pineapple Passion Fruit flavor with other flavors on the way. The packets are $3.99 for a 20 gram packet.

I’ll have a full review in a couple of weeks.
