Arriving in the mail for review recently were a selection of golf balls Great Lakes Golf Company (company website)

The Frankenmuth, Michigan company offers two models: The Tour 3 Distance, and the Tour 3 Soft.

The distance model is a three-piece ball with a small core, thick mantle and a surlyn cover.

The soft model also is a three-piece, but with a cast urethane cover.

Great Lakes Golf Company says that both balls have been thoroughly tested and they have the data to show they are comparable to some of the best balls on the market.
