In The Mail: Mission Belt Custom Belt Buckle

Mission Belt is to the best of my knowledge the originator of the now ubiquitous ratchet belt, having appeared on Shark Tank in season 4. I reviewed a selection of their belts some ten years ago (GolfBlogger’s Mission Belt Review). They’re great.

Recently, Mission Belt reached out to let me know about their latest offering: custom belt buckles. They even sent a custom GolfBlogger buckle to show off their chops.

The buckle looks great and the (I assume) laser engraving seems as thought it should last a long time.

Mission Belt suggests that it would be a great idea as a gift for golf tournaments. I agree. The custom belt buckles also would be great for corporations, weddings and other large gatherings where gifts either are desirable or expected.

The best thing about Mission Belts is that for the most part you don’t have to worry about sizing. If its significantly too long, the belt on the buckle end can be trimmed to size, and then clamped back in the buckle.

If you have a couple of different belts, the buckles are interchangable (assuming they are the same width) for new looks.

It comes in a nice, gift style box, as well.

Ely Castro, Mission Belt’s custom sales manager, says that with the purchasse of a 140+ belts, the company will personally attend your tournament with no extra cost, to engage with golfers, personalize buckles on-site and to ensure a perfect fit and swap straps if needed.

“This Custom Belt Experience,” Castro said, “adds a unique, interactive element to your event, leaving players with a high-quality, custom tee gift they’ll actually use.”
