In the mail for review this week is Nirvana Muscle Wellness Water.

Nirvana water is infused with a naturally occurring chemical called HMB (Hydroxymethylbutyrate). It is produced when the body breaks down leucine, an amino acid that is a protein building block.

The idea behind Nirvana water is that the infused HMB can speed up recovery from exercise, reducing fatigue and soreness. At the same time, it is said to increase muscle protein synthesis.

Translation: it helps build and maintain muscle.

The water part of this comes from Adirondack springs.

On the basis of a couple of bottles, I think it’s pretty good tasting stuff.
