In The Mail: Stewart Golf Q Follow Powered Trolley
Arriving in the mail for review this week was a Stewart Golf Q Follow powered trolley.
The Q Follow does exactly what the name says: it follows you at a respectable distance as you stroll down the fairways. A remote unit links to the trolley at the push of a button; after that, you just clip the remote to the rear of your belt or back pocket and start walking.
It’s pretty remarkable, and gets a lot of stares from other players on the course.
Even more remarkable is how small the trolley is when folded. Even with its large lithium battery and powerful motors, it fits comfortably in the rear storage of my Subaru Forester, along with my bag, shoes, extra shoes (I walk every round, so I always have a couple of pair of shoes handy to rotate) and other paraphernalia.
I’ll have lots more to say about it once I’ve given it a thorough workout — particuarly on some of the challenging terrain in Northern Michigan.
