In the mail this week for testing is a TecTecTec Laser Rangefinder VPRO500s.

The rangefinder is small … as you can see, smaller than a scorecard. It features:

• 6x magnification
• Pinseeker mode to measure overlapping targets.
• First Target Priority mode displays the distance of the closest target.
• Scan Mode to check distance to hazard
• Pinslope Technology to compensate for elevation
• +/- 1 yard accuracy
• 540 yard range
• Lightweight: 0.41 pounds
• Rainproof
• multilayer coating
