In The Mail: Wilson Staff Launch Pad Irons

In the mail for review this week is a set of Wilson Staff Launch Pad Irons.

The Launch Pad irons are essentially a complete set of hybrids. They have a “Launch Pad Sole,” which floats above the turf, resulting in a higher launch. Hollow construction supports thin face for maximum ball speed.

It’s also a progressive set. Longer irons have wider soles for more forgiveness. Shorter irons are closer in design to more traditional super game improvement irons.

The shafts are lighter weight to help players generate higher clubhead speed. The Launch Pads also feature mid-sized grips.
