In this video, Joey D teaches three key golf fitness movement patterns to help improve upper and lower body separation. The goal is increased club head speed, power and consistency.

When I had the chance to interview Joey D a while back, I was struck and inspired by several things he said, including:

All of us have the opportunity to elevate the human anatomy to be able to use the club at the highest level. It is just a matter of making a conscious decision to do so.

That gave me hope that my concerted effort to get golf fit at the gym will pay off on the course.
