Ko Wins Her 6th Pro Event; James “Gagnam Style” Hahn Wins Northern Trust Open

Lydia Ko won her sixth professional tournament at the Australian Open, cementing her position as number one in the world. And she’s only 17.

Unbelievable.

Golf fans should start paying more attention to the LPGA. There are some terrific things going on at the sport’s only truly international tour.

In one of the most tension filled tournaments I have seen in some time, James Hahn won the Northern Trust Open on the third playoff hole with a clutch 25 foot birdie putt.

This was the first PGA TOUR win for Hahn, who was ranked 297 last week.

Hahn previously was best known for his “Gagnam Style” dance at the Waste Management Phoenix Open in 2014.

Hahn is breath of fresh air. In his post win interview, Han said that he was just honored to be able to play against such great players as Sergio, Dustin Johnson and Goosen.
