Kodak Leader Lunde Birdies Hole #13 Sunday at Colonial
Lunde Leaves Texas with Two Shot Lead in $1 Million Competition

Kodak Challenge leader, Bill Lunde saved his best swing on Kodak hole No. 13 at Colonial Country Club for the final round of the Crowne Plaza Invitational. Lunde hit his 184-yard tee shot to five feet of the cup, setting up the short birdie putt and moving him to 11-under-par on the Kodak leaderboard. The frontrunner sits two strokes ahead of PGA TOUR pros Kevin Na, Paul Goydos, and Charley Hoffman.

The Kodak Challenge moment of the day was delivered by William McGirt, who drained a 28-footer for Sunday’s longest Kodak birdie putt on the 171-yard par-3 13th. Stewart Cink carded the easiest Kodak birdie from four feet.

Kodak Challenge hole No. 13 was the hardest hole during the final round of the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial. Gusting winds sent one out of every five tee shots into the water on Sunday. The Kodak hole yielded eight birdies, 38 pars, 11 bogeys and 11 double bogeys.

The next Kodak Challenge hole is the 363-yard par-4 No. 14 at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio during the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide Insurance on June 2-5. The Memorial will be the 17th of 30 tournaments to participate in the $1 million Kodak Challenge competition.

No. 13 at the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial Country Club – 171 yards, par 3

Kodak Challenge hole No. 13 at Colonial Country Club is an exhilarating, risk-reward par 3. The tee shot carries over the water to a two-tiered narrow green. Winds can make this hole very difficult, but a pinpoint tee shot can provide a birdie opportunity. In 2010, Paula Goydos and Ben Crane each posted a hole-in-one on the 171-yard Kodak Challenge hole.
