Masters Records: Most Years Played

Masters Champions have traditionally been welcome year-after-year, leading to some extraordinarily long tenures at the tournament. Gary Player, for example participated for fifty two years before voluntarily stepping down as an active player. It is unlikely, however, that anyone will ever top Arnold Palmer’s fifty years of consecutive Masters appearances, especially now that Augusta National has begun to age-limit players.
