Golfnsticks Golf Alignment Sticks
The alignment stick is the one training aid that I’ve seen on the practice tee at every PGA TOUR, LPGA and Champions Tour event I’ve attended. There must be something to that.
Players use them to align their feet and clubfaces; they stick them in the ground behind their hips to catch sway; and dig them into the earth at angles to check the swing plane. I saw a player take swings while her caddie held the end of one on top of her head.
