New Kickstarters For Golfers – April 2, 2018

Kickstarters For Golfers – April 2, 2018: New crowdfunding golf projects this week include a golf tee grabber, an innovative tee and a putting game.

Kickstarters For Golfers - April 2, 2018

Golf Tee Grabber

The Pitch: The gadget lets you pick up your tee without bending over.
Why I Might Be Interested: I’m not, but I know some mobility challenged people who might be interested.
Why I’m Holding Back: Thankfully, I don’t need one yet.

Airo Golf Tee

The Pitch: The tee is designed to help players learn the correct swing path and improve their alignment.
Why I Might Be Interested: It seems like an unobtrusive way to fine tune swing path and alignment.
Why I’m Holding Back: When I need to work on alignment and swing path, I use alignment sticks.

American-Puttball

The Pitch: It’s a fun way to practice putting. Or just a fun way to spend an afternoon.
Why I Might Be Interested: I can actually see myself playing it with my sons.
Why I’m Holding Back: It is expensive at around $200.

And a few still running from previous weeks:

SmartLine Putting Golf Green Reading System and Ball Marker

The Pitch: The marker, and accompanying videos are designed to help you putt better.
Why I Might Be Interested: Who doesn’t want to putt better?
Why I’m Holding Back: I don’t know that I want to pay $20 for a marker and some instructions

Straight Shooter Golf Training Aid

The Pitch: The Straight Shooter is designed to teach the correct lead arm position.
Why I Might Be Interested: The inventor claim to improve accuracy by 82%
Why I’m Holding Back: I’ve seen too many golf gadgets that don’t even come close do delivering on their claims.

Bocomotion Golfer Statue

The Pitch: It’s a carved wood statue of a golfer, created to reflect the designer’s — and hopefully your own — passion for golf.

Why I Might Be Interested: I like the animation style.

Why I’m Holding Back: I don’t need another knick knack sitting around in the house.
