Two New York cops were suspended without pay for killing a groundhog with a golf cart during a police golf outing.
Witnesses reported that the pair chased the woodchuck around in the cart until it became exhausted and collapsed. The same witnesses said the cops then ran it over.
Not funny. Not funny at all.
