Here’s an aspect of the golfing business that I frankly never thought much about: scripting the outfits the players wear at a tournament. It makes sense, I suppose. The sponsoring clothing manufacturers want make sure the proper products are showcased. And it wouldn’t do to have a staff player in a mismatched or clashing outfit.
