I don’t know why, but I’m totally enamored with the idea of these motion tracking fitness gadgets. This one has a silent alarm, sleep monitoring, calorie counting and real-time access to your stats via computers and smart phones.
I have this idea that I would be more motivated to get some extra exercise in if I had some immediate feedback. It would also be really interesting to know how much energy I expend walking a round of golf.
