It makes me wonder if there isnt’ a gene for golf skills.
Locally we have another golfer who has set the clock back. Jim Briegel continues to sport a sub-5 handicap at the age of 83. In 2009 he shot his age or lower 21 times, 26 times in 2008, and 30 times in 2007. I have had the honor to play with Jim and although I have 25 years on him, he hits the ball past me with frustating regularity.
