Odds To Win The 2022 PGA Championship
Masters champion Scottie Scheffler is the bettors’ favorite to win the 2022 PGA Championship.
And why not? Including the Masters, Scheffler has three wins in 2022: The WM Phoenix Open, the Arnold Palmer Invitational and the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play. He’s also the World Number one.
Jon Rahm, who was the pre-tournament favorite to win at Augusta in 2022 is alone in second at 14/1. Rahm is second in the official world golf rankings. In the current season, he has a win at the Mexican Open, a second at the Tournament of Champions and a T3 at the Farmers Insurance Open. That last was at same course where he won the 2021 US Open.
Rahm leads the TOUR in Greens in regulation, shots gained off the tee and shots gained tee to green.
Just as he was at the 2021 Masters, Justin Thomas is one of the favorites for the PGA Championship. He has been playing well this season, with seven top tens as of this writing. That kind of performance on the season has Justin Thomas at 16/1 to win the 2022 PGA Championship.
With his fourth-round charge to a second at the 2022 Masters, Rory McIlroy let people know that he is not yet done. He has four top ten finishes this season and is seventh in the Official World Golf Rankings. Rory is in at 16/1 in the odds to win the 2022 PGA Championship.
For the last couple of years, Jordan Spieth has often looked lost on the golf course. This year, he’s back. At last week’s AT&T Byron Nelson Championship, Spieth came up just one shot short of winning.
If Spieth wins this one, he completes the career Grand Slam. He’s in at 18/1 in the odds to win the 2022 PGA Championship.
