Pilates is a fitness discipline developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century that emphasizes alignment, breathing, strengthening the core, coordination and balance.
As you can imagine, all of those things are essential in golf.
I tried a Pilates class at my gym.
It’s hard. Really hard. But I think dedicating myself to it would improve my golf fitness, so I’m looking for another opportunity to take a class.
