I really don’t follow the Champions Tour, and so I redidn’t realize the extent of Dana Quigley’s accomplishments until I read an article on his 7 under 65 at the Bruno’s Classic.
Quigley has started 272 straight tournaments for which he has been eligible.
That’s a simply mind boggling number, and one that escapes notice because of the lack of attention to the Champions Tour. If there was a player on the regular PGA tour doing that, it would be in the headlines every week.
