Temporary greens are up on several holes at my home course while new drainage systems are installed. It’s a much needed improvement. Over the last couple of years, these greens have suffered greatly from winter cold and water accumulation.
No one will ever mistake Green Oaks for a “premium course,” but it has always had some of the best greens around. These repairs will help to restore some of that lustre. II applaud the township supervisors for approving the expenditures.
