As I continue to take Tai Chi classes at my gym, the applications to golf become ever more apparent.
In the most recent class, my instructor discussed breathing techniques — inhaling on resting moves and exhaling with the application of force. Breathing at the rights points helps you to relax and then to later apply force at the right time.
In the video below, Jake Mace shows how to use Tai Chi techniques on the pre-shot routine. While I think that the routine is overlong for ever shot, it could certainly work wonders on opening tee shot jitters.
