The TaylorMade M2 Driver is the second driver in the company’s “M” line.

The M2 Driver features a lightweight composite carbon crown, which allows the engineers to shift weight and move the center of gravity downward, giving the M2 optimized launch conditions and forgiveness.

Among other features, the M2 Driver boasts TaylorMade’s Inverted Cone Technology, a redesigned Speed Pocket and increased moment of inertia.

The M2 Driver’s loft sleeve allows players to adjust the drive to twelve different positions, with up to four degrees of loft changes.

  1. I am excited about the M1 and M2. They both have gotten a lot of hype. The M2 is supposed to be straighter, longer and more forgiving. the M1 is much more adjustable and is for golfers who want more control in terms of shaping their shots.

What I am curious about is given the adjustability that the M1 has, can it be “adjusted” to play similarly to the M2? If so, I would buy the M1 and effectively get two clubs in one or adjust it to somewhere in between.
