The USGA’s Latest Plan To Protect Par At Winged Foot.

Collectively embarrassed by under par scores at the US Open at Pebble Beach, the USGA has developed a new plan for keeping scores down next year at Winged Foot.

No, it doesn’t involve five inch thick rough, new tees or greens with a stimp of 18. It involves cats.
