The Traverse Driver

Grand Traverse and Little Traverse Bays are among Michigan’s signature pieces of real estate, and now they lend their name to a driver.

The Traverse driver is the brainchild of Northern Michigan inventor John Muir. Its ultra lightweight design makes it as much as 20% lighter than more traditional driver designs. Properly shafted, that translates into more clubhead speed, and more distance.

The japanese script on the sole is for the cherry blossom, another iconic Northern Michigan sight.
