Teachers’ Comments: A very nice shirt, but perhaps a bit too slim for some.

Three Sixty Six recently sent a polo from their line of golf apparel for review. It is a nice piece that makes me want to try some of the company’s other offerings.

The “Original TSS Dry-Fit Golf Polo” is clearly designed with athletes in mind. The cut is trim, but the fabric has a lot of stretch. The “Original” has plenty of room for a full turn and follow-through. At no point did I feel as though my swing was restricted.

That said, I still prefer a fuller cut.

Three Sixty Six calls its material a four-way stretch fabric. It is 88% polyester and 12% elastine.

The fabric is thin, and cool. On a couple of relatively warm Michigan afternoons, it was cool and dry. It also feels nice on the skin, with a bit of silkiness.

Although I have only had the shirt for a couple of months, and the Three Sixty Six “Original” has only gone through half a dozen washes, I think it will hold up in the long run. For me, a tell-tale sign of the quality of a shirt is in the collar. If the collar holds its shape through several washings, the shirt is good.

As an aside, I like the logo, too. It is understated, as logos should be.

The Three Sixty Six shirt comes in a wide variety of colors. The website shows 45 different shades. Some of the shirts have striped collar accents. Others are plain.

Three Sixty Six also offers a selection of collarless polos, shorts, wind breakers, sweaters and vests. For women, Three Sixty Six has polos, sleeveless polos, shorts, golf pants, and skorts.

All of the Three Sixty Six products are competitively priced. The polos are in the $40 – $60 range.
