Tournament Adds $175 Million To Economy

What’s the impact of a golf tournament on an area’s economy. According to a recent study, the FBR Open—formerly the Phoenix Open—brings $175 million dollars to the Phoenix area economy. Another study said that the average out of state fan spends $314 a day to attend the tournament.
